Teaching Year 3 (Atom Frenzy and Hot Stuff) and Year 5 (Fantastic Photons and Our Place in the Universe) Einstein-First modules

The first of two of our primary teacher workshops, this will prepare teachers for our Einstein-First modules. Providing the opportunity to work through each module activity and become familiar with the key concepts.

Date and time: Thursday, 18 November from 8.30am to 4.00pm

Where: G18, Physics Building, UWA

Catering: Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available on arrival and for morning tea. As there is no workshop charge we ask participants to supply their own lunch.

Teaching Year 4 (May the Forces be With You) and Year 6 (Climate Science) Einstein-First modules

The second of two of our primary teacher workshops, this will prepare teachers for our Einstein-First modules. Providing the opportunity to work through each module activity and become familiar with the key concepts.

Date and time: 25 November from 8.30am to 4.00pm

Where: G18, Physics Building, UWA

Climate Science for All (Past Event)

It is important that primary school teachers of science are well informed about the science behind climate change. Einstein-First and STAWA are pleased to offer a forum for primary school teachers so that will be well placed to confidently discuss climate change with their students.
